What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

There's no minimum. Every garment, including linen, can be ordered from a single unit, and fabric is sold from 1 metre. The price per unit drops as your quantity goes up.

Can I Sample My Design With Just One Unit?

Accepted Answer

Yes, most styles on the Inkse platform can be designed and manufactured starting from one unit. This allows you to sample your design before placing a production order or create unique pieces for you and your friends!

Question 3

Delivery & shipping - when will I receive my order?

Accepted Answer

Production starts as soon as you place your order. Most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks: streetwear and hats take about 2–3 weeks to make, activewear and sleepwear 3–4 weeks. Oversized prints, specialty finishes such as flocking, emboss and reflective heat seal, and several printing methods on one garment can add time. Orders ship directly from our manufacturing partners with YunExpress, and Australia Post delivers the last leg in Australia. You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.

For artwork: after payment, edited artwork is sent to the email provided at checkout in Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator format. Please check your inbox for your edited artwork download link. The unedited version of your artwork can be downloaded at any time from your design studio or "Artworks Library" dashboard.

I did not receive a confirmation email upon placing my order

I did not receive a tracking email upon placing my order

Accepted Answer

Your tracking email is sent when your order ships, not when you place it. Production starts as soon as you order and most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks. You can check your order's status any time under “My Orders” in your dashboard. If it shows “Out For Delivery” and you haven't received the email, check the email address on your order and your spam folder, or message us on live chat.

We are continually expanding our categories, styles, and finishes. Keep an eye on our product marketplace for new categories and styles, and experiment with new fabrics and finishes in your design studio. Contact us if there are styles you would like to see on our marketplace.

Does Inkse ship to me?

We ship to 69 countries, including Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, most of Europe, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates and Israel. Shipping costs for your address are calculated at checkout, and the checkout total is all you pay: there are no import duties or taxes to pay when your parcel arrives.

Faulty Product Returns

We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received a product with a defect, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. In order to assist the return process, you may be required to send us images of the damage, defect or fault for preliminary assessment. You may be asked to provide further information to support your claim to assist us with our assessment of the goods.

If the product is confirmed to have a defect, we will replace or repair the product (if repair is reasonably possible) or refund the price of the product to your original payment method, as appropriate. If the product is confirmed to have a major defect, you are entitled to elect whether you want us to replace or repair (if repair is reasonably possible) the product or refund the price of the product to your original payment method. If the product is found not to have a defect, deemed out of warranty, or you otherwise do not have a remedy for a failure to comply with the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, we will contact you to determine whether you want us to dispose of the product or return the product to you at your expense.

It does not constitute as a defect if in our reasonable opinion a product has become of unacceptable quality following the sale to you due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.

Change of Mind Returns

‎

Because the product we create for you is bespoke, we cannot accept any change of mind returns.

Custom Fabric and Apparel

‎

Any claims for a manufacturing fault must be submitted as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 10 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted as soon as reasonably possible, preferably no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us.

The return address is set by default to Inkse’s facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If Inkse facility isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

‎

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

‎

Inkse does not accept returns of unsealed goods or goods that have been worn or used. In the case of swimwear and gym wear a return may not be accepted due to health and or hygiene reasons.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

‎

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

‎

2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore, Inkse reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

If you receive a sample product with a manufacturing fault, contact us within 10 days after the product has been received for a hassle-free return or exchange.

Downloadable Personal / Commercial / Premium License artworks are non-refundable once they have been purchased / downloaded.

What is the difference between non-exclusive and exclusive artwork?

All artworks on Inkse have a Non-Exclusive or Exclusive license. Non-Exclsuive designs can be purchased multiple times, while Exclusive designs can only be purchased once. This model allows Textile Print Designers to price their artworks based on the complexity of the design and gives customers exclusive rights to exclusive designs for their fashion brands.

Where does my order ship from?

How Can I Upload My Own Seamless, Repeatable Artwork?

You can upload your artwork directly in the Design Studio. Here’s how:

Navigate to My Designs: Click on "My Designs" at the top right of your screen or on mobile the colourful icon at the top right of your screen.
Upload Your Artwork: Scroll down to the "Upload An Artwork" section. You’ll also find our upload guides and sample templates here to help you get started.

Alternatively, during the "Design" step of creating your style, you can upload an artwork directly from the "Your Artworks" section.

All artwork uploaded to Inkse must be:

In a seamless repetable pattern
300 dpi or greater
64 cm x 64 cm canvas dimensions
in .PSD file format

Can I Sample My Artwork On Fabric?

In the Inkse Design Studio, you can sample your artwork on fabric by selecting "Print Artwork on Fabric" from the dropdown menu in the top left-hand corner. This feature lets you print your design on the fabric of your choice, helping you assess the finished quality and colours of your fashion piece and is great for personal sewing projects. Fabric printing starts at just one meter, allowing you to adjust colours and iterate on your artwork easily.
