- There's no minimum. Every garment, including linen, can be ordered from a single unit, and fabric is sold from 1 metre. The price per unit drops as your quantity goes up.
- Yes, most styles on the Inkse platform can be designed and manufactured starting from one unit. This allows you to sample your design before placing a production order or create unique pieces for you and your friends!
- Production starts as soon as you place your order. Most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks: streetwear and hats take about 2–3 weeks to make, activewear and sleepwear 3–4 weeks. Oversized prints, specialty finishes such as flocking, emboss and reflective heat seal, and several printing methods on one garment can add time. Orders ship directly from our manufacturing partners with YunExpress, and Australia Post delivers the last leg in Australia. You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.

- For artwork: after payment, edited artwork is sent to the email provided at checkout in Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator format. Please check your inbox for your edited artwork download link. The unedited version of your artwork can be downloaded at any time from your design studio or "Artworks Library" dashboard.
- Is this the first time placing an order on Inkse? Please check your spam or junk mail folders to ensure your confirmation has not been sent there. You can view all orders from your customer dashboard under “My Orders.” please check the contact email associated with your order. Alternatively, please get in touch with us via our live chat.
- Your tracking email is sent when your order ships, not when you place it. Production starts as soon as you order and most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks. You can check your order's status any time under “My Orders” in your dashboard. If it shows “Out For Delivery” and you haven't received the email, check the email address on your order and your spam folder, or message us on live chat.
- We are continually expanding our categories, styles, and finishes. Keep an eye on our product marketplace for new categories and styles, and experiment with new fabrics and finishes in your design studio. Contact us if there are styles you would like to see on our marketplace.
- We ship to 69 countries, including Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, most of Europe, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates and Israel. Shipping costs for your address are calculated at checkout, and the checkout total is all you pay: there are no import duties or taxes to pay when your parcel arrives.

- All artworks on Inkse have a Non-Exclusive or Exclusive license. Non-Exclsuive designs can be purchased multiple times, while Exclusive designs can only be purchased once. This model allows Textile Print Designers to price their artworks based on the complexity of the design and gives customers exclusive rights to exclusive designs for their fashion brands.
- Your order is made by our manufacturing partners in China and India and ships directly to you with YunExpress. In Australia, Australia Post delivers the last leg. You can follow your order from “My Orders” in your dashboard.

No, the prices you see on Inkse's product pages don't include applicable tax or shipping. The final price you pay will be different from the listed price and determined by your custom design and where you ship your products to.
You can upload your artwork directly in the Design Studio. Here’s how:

- Navigate to My Designs: Click on "My Designs" at the top right of your screen or on mobile the colourful icon at the top right of your screen.
- Upload Your Artwork: Scroll down to the "Upload An Artwork" section. You’ll also find our upload guides and sample templates here to help you get started.

Alternatively, during the "Design" step of creating your style, you can upload an artwork directly from the "Your Artworks" section.

In the Inkse Design Studio, you can sample your artwork on fabric by selecting "Print Artwork on Fabric" from the dropdown menu in the top left-hand corner. This feature lets you print your design on the fabric of your choice, helping you assess the finished quality and colours of your fashion piece and is great for personal sewing projects. Fabric printing starts at just one meter, allowing you to adjust colours and iterate on your artwork easily.
